Epoka Students Training Visit at Raiffeisen Bank

3rd Students Company Visits, part of activity agenda of Entrepreneur Club in collaboration with the Banking and Finance Department of Epoka University, was organized at the Head Offices of Raiffeisen Bank on 27th of January 2017. The aim of this visit was to provide to the students an opportunity to learn more about their future position possibilities, the long-term career opportunities and the Bank organization and functioning itself.
Ten senior students of Banking and Finance Program in Albanian accompanied by their Advisor Mrs. Erinda Imeraj participated in this visit. ‎Mrs. Enkeleda Tupa, HR Account Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Albania warmly welcomed the group of students and provided a full of information presentation of Bank history, functioning and the Internship and employment possibilities. The visit consisted as well to a tour of some offices of the Bank.
The internship offered from Raiffeisen Bank consists in two phases and the first one, called “shadow training” may be applicable from students in the third year of studies and is a part time internship. During the visit Epoka students, as well, got this opportunity to be applied with their advisors help and communication with Mrs. Tupa in the upcoming weeks.
The whole visit was a good experience and opportunity for the students, and Epoka Entrepreneur Club wishes them the best of luck in their post graduation journey!
